MIT Card system (TechCASH/CSGOLD) Planned System Maintenance

Scheduled - MIT Card system (TechCASH/CSGOLD) will be unavailable Monday October 12, 2026 from 8:00AM until 11:00PM while planned system maintenance is performed. During this window these services will be unavailable:  mycard.mit.edu,  ID photo upload, Mobile ID provisioning via Atlas App, ID card kiosk printing, TechCASH balances, library room reservations. Pharos printing will remain available but in stand-alone mode.  TechCASH cannot be used at Concord Market, MIT Coop, Dunkin, residential laundry and all off-campus merchants during the system downtime.

Scheduled - The SAP production environment will be unavailable on Saturday, October 10 2026, between 01:30am and 10:30am. During this service outage, application and operating system updates and security patches will be applied to components of the SAP production environment. Please note that, while this work is taking place, SAP, B2P, Facilities/Work-Manager and Inventory-Manager functionality, GAP, MIT Warehouse SAP data, along with all Atlas SAP activity (including time sheet entry/approval, training, requisitioning, journal vouchers, credit card verification, events planning, and service requests) will be unavailable.
