The Spectrum Protect (TSM) environment will undergo preventative maintenance affecting tape mounts. During this time restores that require a new tape to be mounted may hang or fail. If all goes well, the work will take less than half an hour. Please note that during the upgrade, restore operations on any Spectrum Protect server may hang or fail. This work will not affect desktop backups made via Code42/Crashplan
