SAP Production Planned Outage on Saturday, February 21st Feb 21, 2026 00:30-16:30 EST

The SAP production environment will be unavailable on Saturday, February 21 2026, between 12:30AM and 4:30PM. During this service outage, tests will be conducted against the SAP disaster recovery data center components of MIT's SAP production infrastructure. Please note that, while this work is taking place, SAP, B2P, Facilities/Work-Manager and Inventory-Manager functionality, GAP, MIT Warehouse SAP data, along with all Atlas SAP activity (including time sheet entry/approval, training, requisitioning, journal vouchers, credit card verification, events planning, and service requests) will be unavailable.
