IS&T will sunset the Spectrum Protect (TSM) backup service and will no longer accept new backup clients beginning August 1, 2026.
Existing users of the service are being contacted directly with information about timelines and transition planning. IS&T will work with current clients to support migration to replacement backup solutions. Questions may be directed to tsm-systems@mit.edu. Posted on
