OST offline Friday, November 6, 2026 beginning at 6 p.m. for transition to RAM

OST (https://ost.mit.edu/ost/dashboard#/dashboard) will be offline Friday evening, November 6, 2026, beginning at 6 p.m., as it is replaced with the new RAM ticketing system. OST will be down until Monday morning, November 9, 2026 at 8 a.m. and will be read only, while RAM will be available for the community to begin using for post-award transactions to RAS.

As part of this system work, the Hermes Portal (https://hermes.mit.edu/) for NDAs, DUAs and MTAs will be unavailable for a short period of time to the community on Saturday evening, from 9-10 p.m.
