On 10/20/26 IS&T will upgrade RT from 4.0.13 to 6.0.3. This will require an outage of approximately 2 hours. Users will note changes to the web UI, however underlying functions have not changed. After the upgrade, if you should encounter errors or have questions about the upgrade, please contact the Service Desk at servicedesk@mit.edu.
