The OC11 (7th Floor) data-center firewalls will be completely rebooted in an attempt to clear an identified packet loss issue. The reboot itself will incur a temporary/brief (~5 minute) outage for any traffic that traverses the firewall, and all established connections through the firewall will need to be re-established once the reboot completes.
