The SAP production environment will be unavailable on Saturday, November 07 2026, between 01:30am and 06:30am. During this service outage, the operating systems of the SAP application and database servers will be updated as part of the annual application of SAP system software and infrastructure updates. Please note that, while this work is taking place, SAP, B2P, Facilities/Work-Manager and Inventory-Manager functionality, GAP, MIT Warehouse SAP data, along with all Atlas SAP activity (including time sheet entry/approval, training, requisitioning, journal vouchers, credit card verification, events planning, and service requests) will be unavailable.
