Buildings: 4, 9 - Network Switch Reboot

IS&T will be rebooting the aggregation(entry) switches in the specified buildings to clear a memory error. The reboot will cause a temporary and brief (~5 minute) outage to the building's network connectivity to the rest of MITnet.
