This includes the following applications:
* Kuali Coeus(KC)
* CAC Connect
* COUHES Connect
* OST
* Informal International Collaborations Tool (IIC)
* External Contract Depository (ECD)

Maintenance should be completed within 1 hour and all applications should be available by 7:00pm.
