Scheduled - Buildings 1 & 3 scheduled power outage - Thursday 4/24 from 10:30 pm until Friday 4/25 at 8am - Due to a scheduled building wide power outage, MITnet including wired, wireless, BMS networks and VoIP telephones will be down during the maintenance window.

Investigating - Zoom is experiencing service outages impacting areas including phone, video conferencing, and workspace. Zoom is aware of this outage and is working to restore services. Further updates on the service outage can be found at https://status.zoom.us.
IS&T will communicate any service status change as soon as we have more information.

Scheduled - The Spectrum Protect (TSM) server oc11-bk-ent-1 will undergo maintenance. If all goes well, the work will take 30 minutes. During the outage IS&T will add disk space for the Spectrum Protect database.
Please note that during the upgrade backups to and restores from oc11-bk-ent-1 will be unavailable. This work will not affect other Spectrum Protect servers, or desktop backups made via Code42/Crashplan.

Scheduled - The SAP production environment will be unavailable on Saturday, April 12 2025, between 01:30AM and 5:00AM. During this service outage, the kernels of the SAP production application servers will be updated with high priority security patches. Please note that, while this work is taking place, SAP, B2P, Facilities/Work-Manager and Inventory-Manager functionality, GAP, MIT Warehouse SAP data, along with all Atlas SAP activity (including time sheet entry/approval, training, requisitioning, journal vouchers, credit card verification, events planning, and service requests) will be unavailable.
