Scheduled - The SAP production environment will be unavailable this weekend between 05:00PM on Friday, December 05th and 06:00AM on Monday, December 08th. During this scheduled maintenance outage, SAP’s Year-End support packages will be installed, bringing MIT’s SAP implementation up to the support package levels required for annual Accounts Payable and HR/Payroll system compliance. SAP, B2P, Facilities/Work-Manager and Inventory-Manager, MIT Warehouse SAP data, GAP as well as all Atlas SAP activity (including time sheet entry/approval, training, requisitioning, journal vouchers, credit card verification, events planning and service requests) will be inaccessible during this maintenance period.
