The SAP production environment will be unavailable on Saturday, January 24 2026, between 01:30AM and 06:00AM. During this service outage, high priority security patches will be applied to the operating systems of the SAP production servers. Please note that, while this work is taking place, SAP, B2P, Facilities/Work-Manager and Inventory-Manager functionality, GAP, MIT Warehouse SAP data, along with all Atlas SAP activity (including time sheet entry/approval, training, requisitioning, journal vouchers, credit card verification, events planning, and service requests) will be unavailable.

The Spectrum Protect server backup-i will undergo maintenance. If all goes well, the work will take around 2 hours. During the outage IS&T will upgrade the Spectrum Protect server software.
Please note that during the upgrade backups to and restores from backup-i will be unavailable. This work will not affect other Spectrum Protect servers, or desktop backups made via Crashplan.
