Scheduled - The SAP production environment will be unavailable on Saturday, November 08 2025, between 01:30AM and 06:30AM. During this service outage, critical security patches will be applied to the operating systems of the SAP servers and the database software of the SAP archiving environment will be updated. Please note that, while this work is taking place, SAP, B2P, Facilities/Work-Manager and Inventory-Manager functionality, GAP, MIT Warehouse SAP data, along with all Atlas SAP activity (including time sheet entry/approval, training, requisitioning, journal vouchers, credit card verification, events planning, and service requests) will be unavailable.

Scheduled - IS&T will be migrating the data-center firewalls to a different pair of network switches. Due to the redundant nature of the firewalls, the migration is not expected to result in any loss of communication or connectivity. In the event a session is lost and an outage is experienced, some connections may need to be manually re-established to restore communication.
