Scheduled - As part of ongoing telephone system maintenance, IS&T will be restarting physical VoIP phones across campus this weekend. Phones will be restarted beginning at 8:00pm on Friday 2/14 and the process will be completed by 5:00pm on Monday 2/17. Active calls will not be interrupted.

Scheduled - Building W20 power outage - Friday 2/14 from 3:00 am until 7am - Due to a scheduled building wide power outage, MITnet including wired, wireless, BMS networks and VoIP telephones will be down during the maintenance window.

Identified - Duo is currently experiencing SMS/Phone Call delivery failures. Push authentication is not impacted and can be used as an alternative authentication method.

During this service outage, critical security patches will be applied to components of the SAP production archiving environment. Please note that, while this work is taking place, SAP, B2P, Facilities/Work-Manager and Inventory-Manager functionality, GAP, MIT Warehouse SAP data, along with all Atlas SAP activity (including time sheet entry/approval, training, requisitioning, journal vouchers, credit card verification, events planning, and service requests) will be unavailable.
