OC11 Data-Center: Router Maintenance Jan 10, 2026 19:00-22:00 EST

IS&T will be migrating multiple OC11 data-center subnets to a more advanced pair of routers. Brief temporary outages are expected as each subnet is migrated from the old router pair to the new.

Scheduled - The Spectrum Protect server oc11-bk-ent-1 will undergo maintenance. If all goes well, the work will take 30-60 minutes. During the outage IS&T will increase the space available to the Spectrum Protect database.
Please note that during the upgrade backups to and restores from oc11-bk-ent-1 will be unavailable. This work will not affect other Spectrum protect servers, or desktop backups made via Crashplan.

Scheduled - The Data Warehouse has scheduled SAP maintenance starting on December 20 at 11:00 am until approximately December 20 at 8:00 pm. During this time the Data Warehouse will be available, but the data will be static.

Monitoring - Full connectivity has been restored; both primary and backup connections have been successfully patched. Users can now access SAP systems without limitation.
Batch processes and data warehouse refresh are currently underway. We will update when these activities have concluded.

Investigating - We are currently experiencing unplanned downtime affecting SAP services. The following systems are impacted: SAPGUI, Atlas, SAP Mobile (Facilities), and NetWeaver. IS&T and SAP are actively investigating and working to restore service.
